Comparison of the Learning Models for Business Students, Universidad de Talca, Chile – Universidad de Almeria, Spain
In this work, the learning capabilities of students coursing their last year of Business Majors in University of Talca, Chile and Almería, Spain are analyzed and compared. Representative samples of both realities were determined, taking as a base a statistical study by conglomerates. The study of the data was first descriptive and then conclusive in order to extract founded interpretations. Average, Pearson Correlation and principal components factor’s analysis were carried out, an analytic sequence that allowed to determine characteristics and attributes that differ or are similar in the Chilean and Spanish students. It can be concluded that the management students of the University of Talca as well as those of the University of Almería show similar learning characteristics, both groups oriented towards the conceptual and the abstract characterizing them as theoretical and reflexive.
